PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Indigo Ridge Commercial is a 126-acre mixed-use development that includes a 40-acre corporate campus lot and a 15-acre multi-family parcel located in the City of Cedar Park at the northwest corner of East Whitestone Blvd (FM 1431) and Sam Bass Road (CR 175). The extensions of Indigo Ridge Boulevard and Vista Isle Drive, both commercial collectors, will bisect the site to provide access. The project entitlements allow a wide range of uses including commercial retail, medical office, and hotel. Development of the site requires entitlements processing based on a Planned Unit Development (PUD) ordinance approved in 2001, design of two regional water quality and detention ponds, preparation and approval of a CLOMR.
