HHS Corporate Campus
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The HHS Corporate Campus project is a 28 acre site consisting of an office building (~50,000 square feet) with five (4) four-unit condo buildings and a maintenance building. The site is located over the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone so a Contributing Zone Plan (CZP) is required to be permitted through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Water quality and fire flow requirements are being achieved via a wet pond.
